Donor Care Coordinator
The Donor Care Coordinator role with Hawthorne Seniors Care Community combines the specialties of fundraising, communications, public relations, and is responsible for for creating and delivering all fundraising events, establishing strategic corporate partnerships, managing our donor base and planned giving programs and applying for grants. This position works as an ambassador for the organization, raising the profile with the aim of supporting fundraising requirements of Hawthorne.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Assisted Living & LTC
In keeping with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Hawthorne Seniors Care Community, the LPN provides nursing care to residents and tenants; offers leadership and guidance to other staff members; and participates in and facilitates interdisciplinary, person-centered care to achieve desired quality of life outcomes and promote maximum independence.

Assistant Director of Care, Lodge
Reporting to the Director of Care (Resident Services) and in keeping with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Hawthorne Seniors Care Community, the ADOC will play a pivotal role in the delivery of staff education, quality improvement initiatives and family support.
